⭐ A 2 night indulgent stay in a 5 star hotel for mum - this will include breakfast and room dinner, as well as a pampering massage

⭐ 2 nights hands-on sleep support for dad (virtual or IRL depending on what’s preferred and on location)

⭐ 1 hour zoom meeting to debrief how the 2 nights went and what our plan is going forward
